Addition of any imaging modality to Exercise stress test increases accuracy.Echo is a noninvasive, has no radiation and is a portable method that lasts 20-30 min.It bas no delayed imaging and gives rapid results.It is closely spaced, repeated testing is highly feasible and allows beat by beat, stage by stage analysis, global and segmental function (resting and stress) with relative low cost.During the same test, other information is obtained such as pericardium, valves, chambers and it allows investigation of other sources of chest pain.
