抗环瓜氨酸肽(CCP)抗体在类风湿性关节炎发病中的意义

  目的:通过统计抗环瓜氨酸肽(CCP)抗体的检测水平、年龄和性别分布,了解类风湿性关节炎发病情况.方法:应用酶联免疫吸附方法检测抗CCP抗体,通过LIS软件统计2012年-2014年吉林大学第一医院检测抗CCP抗体检测水平升高、年龄和性别分布情况.结果:2012年-2014年共检测抗CCP抗体35300例,水平升高4996例,比例为14.2%.
