目的：Tfh细胞具有辅助B细胞成熟增殖并分泌免疫蛋白、促进免疫球蛋白发生类别转换的功能，其在肝移植免疫中的作用尚不清楚。本研究通过检测肝移植术后发生急性排斥反应患者外周血中Tfh特征，结合临床，探讨其在肝移植免疫中起的作用。
