民猪母猪饲喂精氨酸对初生仔猪肠道IL-2基因表达量的影响

  有试验证明精氨酸能够提高仔猪成活率,但对民猪仔猪未见报道.本试验通过在民猪母猪基础饲粮中添加L-精氨酸,研究精氨酸对初生仔猪肠道的影响,为精氨酸在民猪养殖中的应用提供理论及实践依据.本试验选择胎次(3~4胎)和体重相近母猪12头,随机分成2个处理组,每组6个重复,每个重复1头母猪.在妊娠45 d时,对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组饲喂基础饲粮+1%精氨酸,直至母猪分娩.仔猪出生8h内,屠宰采集血液及小肠样品.测定血浆TNOS、iNOS活性及NO含量,采用实时荧光定量PCR方法测定IL-2基因表达水平.有关精氨酸的作用机制目前认为主要是通过在体内生成NO和多胺来实现的.NO是机体一种重要的内源性活性因子,研究证明,对哺乳动物胎盘血管形成至关重要,可促进妊娠期胎盘血管扩张,从而在增加胎盘血流量和降低胎儿胡台盘循环阻力方面发挥着重要作用,同时在胎盘生长中多胺的作用也必不可少.
