　　Semiconducting single crystals have long been used as detectors of ionizing radiation in medical diagnostics instruments, customs inspection systems, dosimetric and spectrometric devices.However, the process for growing single crystals is technologically complex, requires expensive growth equipment and raw material [1-4].This ultimately determines the high cost of the product.
