  1 Introduction The Mn-Ce mixed oxides catalytic system is the hot research issue because of their wide range of applications as catalysts for elimination of automobile exhaust, VOCs (volatile organic compounds), and NOx.The catalytic results[l,2] showed that MnOx-CeO2 catalysts had the outstanding performance that even superior to the noble metal catalysts with much lower light-offand high thermal stability.
