背景:fat-1基因来源于秀丽隐杆线虫,位于其四号染色体上,编码的脂肪酸脱氢酶是合成n-3多不饱和脂肪酸最后一步所必需的酶.哺乳动物在自然状态下不能将n-6脂肪酸转化为n-3脂肪酸,必须依赖于饮食供给n-3多不饱和脂肪酸.通过对表达fat-1基因的转基因鲁西黄牛小RNA测序分析研究转fat-1基因鲁西黄牛miRNA的表达变化,以及差异表达miRNA与相关靶基因及其所在代谢通路的关系.
