In this paper,we report a case of 20 years old pregnant woman complicating pregnancy,who felt asthenia and swelling in her right wrist after surgical curettage of giant cell tumor of bone(GCT)9 months ago.After multidisciplinary discussion,resection of the right distal radius of GCT together with reconstruction of the wrist by fibular autografts and iliac bone graft were carried out under anesthesia.After 3 years regular follow-up,she has no complaint,no disease progression and her child grows healthily.
