Aims Epithelial mesenchymal transition plays an important role in metastasis of cancer.One of research has shown that another member of the GKN family, GKN1, can inhibit epithelial mesenchymal transition in gastric cancer.In this research we explored the role of GKN2 in epithelial mesenchymal transition of gastric cancer cells and the related mechanism.
