　　Vitro 3D cell dynamiccultureis the key technology in organ-on-chips.A vitro microenvironment should be created to imitate the real human internal environment and precisely control the endothelial cellsgrowth.So the study on the mechanism of endothelial cells growth and its impact factors are supportive of the optimization design of organ-on-chips.By the optimization design of organ-on-chips,the quality of organ chip can be improved toachieve the high survival rate of normal cells.
