　　This study aims to develop a green supercritical fluid (SCF) technology in the preparation of inclusion compounds of poor-soluble drug with cyclodextrin.A traditional Chinese medicine ——ZR was chosen as the model drug.The inclusion compounds were prepared with hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin (HP-β-CD) in the environment of supercritical carbon dioxide (SC CO2) at different temperatures (45℃,55℃,65℃) and different pressures (10MPa,20MPa,30MPa), respectively.
