　　The exact mechanism of intrinsic ferromagnetism in undoped ZnO nanowire is still controversial.Different hypotheses including zinc vacancy (Vzn), oxygen vacancy(Vo), zinc interstitial(Zni), oxygen interstitial(Oi), antisite oxygen(Ozn) and antisite zinc(Zno) point defect have been proposed as the origin of long range ferromagnetic ordering in ZnO nanowire.
