　　Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of adjusting tacrolimus dosage according to CYP3A5 genotype in liver transplant patients.Methods:In 2012,106 liver transplant patients were enrolled continuously,and we determined tacrolimus dosage according to CYP3A5 genotype and followed up for 6 months.Incidences of acute rejection and side effect of the 106 patients were compared with the previous 100 patients.
