研究了水、油、PAG水溶液三种冷却介质对50Cr活塞筒淬火后硬度、开裂倾向以及回火后组织的影响。结果表明:在830℃保温50 min后淬入10%~15%PAG水溶液中,经440℃回火1 h后出炉空冷,活塞筒硬度达到工艺要求、无开裂,合金组织为均匀的回火屈氏体。
The effects of three kinds of cooling media, water, oil and PAG aqueous solution, on the hardness, cracking tendency and the microstructure after tempering of 50Cr piston cylinder were studied. The results show that after quenching at 830 ℃ for 50 min, it is quenched into 10% ~ 15% PAG aqueous solution, and after being tempered at 440 ℃ for 1 h, it is air-cooled and the hardness of the piston cylinder meets the technological requirements without cracking. The alloy structure is uniform tempered Body.
