Objective: To realize the expression, purification and immunoblotting identification of the major allergen gene Pla a1 inplatanus pollen.Methods: According to the literature the major allergen gene sequences of platanus pollen were gotten;the codon optimization and synthesis of genome were accomplished by DNAStar software.
