This thesis proposes two supply system on plate freezer that one is a type of ejector throttling refrigeration system (Mode Ⅰ) and another is the type of thermal expansion valve (Mode Ⅱ),studies the effects of two system on freezing rate,difference of temperature drop,refrigerating fluid level,the balance of lubrication and total energy consumption of plate freezer.The results show that when the condensing temperature is 30℃,the energy consumption of Mode Ⅰ is lower by about 16% and freezing time is shorter by about 15% than Mode Ⅰ I which the condensing temperature is 40℃,On the aspect of freezing rate,Mode Ⅰ is shorter by about 18% than Mode Ⅰ I and the quality of frozen food is better.
