BACKGROUND: Malnutrition is one of the common complications of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).This study aimed to evaluate the influences of exercise combined with nutrition support on COPD complicated with malnutrition.METHODS: Two-hundred and twety-eight cases of COPD were enrolled, and 80 cases (aged 69.28 ± 9.42 years) complicated with malnutrition were selected.According to the treatment time, 80 cases were randomly divided into two groups.On the basis of routine therapy, the patients in treatment group were treated with exercise combined with nutrition support for 6 months, while the patients in control group were treated with routine therapy only.All the patients received FEV1％, 6 min walking distance (6MWD) and happiness satisfaction examination before and after the treatment.

休克指危及生命的急性循环衰竭,伴有细胞对氧利用的障碍.循环系统功能衰竭使得循环系统不能将足够的氧气运输到组织器官,导致细胞缺氧,血乳酸增高.休克表现为4种基本类型(可由多个过程共同参与):低动力休克:低血容量性、心源性、梗阻性休克;高动力休克:分布性休克.通过临床表现，生化标志物，血流动力学来诊断休克。而血流动力学监测还可以确定休克治疗的目标血压，对改善灌注的指导作用，评价治疗反应具有实际意义。
