休克指危及生命的急性循环衰竭,伴有细胞对氧利用的障碍.循环系统功能衰竭使得循环系统不能将足够的氧气运输到组织器官,导致细胞缺氧,血乳酸增高.休克表现为4种基本类型(可由多个过程共同参与):低动力休克:低血容量性、心源性、梗阻性休克;高动力休克:分布性休克.通过临床表现，生化标志物，血流动力学来诊断休克。而血流动力学监测还可以确定休克治疗的目标血压，对改善灌注的指导作用，评价治疗反应具有实际意义。
