The healthcare industry is facing more challenges than ever to create innovative drugs and vaccines due to low probability of success and patent expiration,etc.Partnership and R&D externalization becomes more and more important to big pharma for innovation and improvement of probability of success while maintaining reasonable cost.We have developed a systemic approach and strategy to form partnership with various organizations to create success together.We also have new initiatives to strengthen further our external R&D outcome and commercialize on follow-on biologics (FOB).These will be discussed in this presentation.
