  Objective: This aim of this research was to observe the protective effects of polydatin against hypoxia-induced apoptosis in neonatal rat cardiomyocytes.Methods: Primary cultured neonatal SD rat cardiomyocytes were randomly divided into 4 groups: control group,hypoxia group,hypoxia with DMSO group,hypoxia with polydatin group.The apoptosis of primary cultured neonatal rat cardiomyocytes was analyzed by performing TUNEL assay and flow cytometry assay.LDH release was detected to reflect the cell membrane integrity.
