　　Stem cells are emerging as a promising candidate for renal cell carcinoma (RCC) therapy.Mounting evidence suggests a pivotal role of extracellular matrix in mediating cell fate and activity.In this work,we prepared a chitosan-based hydrogel (CS-NO) with property to release nitric oxide in a controlled manner,and investigated the effect of hydrogel to enhance survival and therapeutic efficacy of transplanted stem cells in RCC.
