  随着减少、优化和替代动物实验的3R原则的普及和现代生物工程技术的飞速发展,许多新的实验系统和新兴的检测模式用于检测和科学研究中。前者如三维重建组织、离体模型、组织工程生物材料,后者如高通量测试方法、基因组学技术、高内涵分析和计算机模拟等。实验方法从研发到法规接受之前,科学验证起到桥梁的作用,“验证”是指为着明确的目的,对特定的试验、方法、程序或评价的相关性和可靠性建立程序的过程。
