目的:观察鼻内镜下分区填塞明胶海绵治疗复发难治性鼻出血的治疗效果。方法:选取2013年11月至2015年4月陕西中医药大学附属医院耳鼻喉科收住的76例复发难治性鼻出血患者为研究对象,在鼻内窥镜(QUOTAION,美国史塞克)0°镜下用明胶海绵分区填塞治疗,评估其疗效。结果:有70例经鼻内镜下分区填塞明胶海绵治疗后治愈,治愈率为92.11%。结论:鼻内镜下用明胶海绵分区填塞治疗复发难治性鼻出血治愈率高、疗效好、并发症少、患者痛苦小且经济廉价,值得在临床推广。
Objective: To observe the effect of nasal endoscopic gland packing gelatin sponge in the treatment of relapse-refractory epistaxis. Methods: From November 2013 to April 2015, 76 patients with recurrent refractory epistaxis admitted to otolaryngology department of Affiliated Hospital of Shaanxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were enrolled in this study. In the study of QUOTAION, 0 ° microscopic gelatin sponge partition padding treatment to assess its efficacy. Results: Seventy patients were cured by gelatin sponge partitioned by nasal endoscope and the cure rate was 92.11%. Conclusion: Gled sponge partition endoscopic nasal endoscopic treatment of relapsed intractable epistaxis cure rate, good curative effect, less complications, patients suffering small and economical, it is worth in the clinical promotion.
