According to 2008 to 2011 Air Pollution Index monitoring data from Fangshan Environmental Protection Agency,and data analysis,the results show that air pollution index at Fangshan istrict is higher than the interior city,pollution in winter is worse,and the suspended particulate matter has become the primary pollutant.The primary reason of pollution is coal burning.The specific terrain and industrial development also have caused a certain degree of pollution.
