Intellectual traffic system (ITS) has been noticed and researched gradually with the development and demand of high technology and traffic transportation.Currently, intellectual traffic system has also become one of the most important studying hotspot which is tested extensively including logistics transportation.As a matter of fact, geography information system (GIS) has to apply to the traffic transportation if the cost of logistics transportation wants to be reduced mostly.With the development of GIS, it is further applied to prediction, planning, monitoring, and decision-making in logistics and other field.So many searchers apply GIS and multi-agent system (MAS) to logistics transportation dynamic route planning.On the other hand, people want to rich and improve their own spiritual and healthy quality on the basis of promotion in life-level with the development of market economy in order to carry out the full development of people.Then it becomes an important way to attend urban leisure sports.Of course, leisure sports dependents on development of leisure sports industry and it is essential to use leisure sports resource entirely as to development of its industry.So, this paper researches dynamic routing planning in logistics of leisure sports resource and discusses the algorithm of the shortest path through the calculation on the basis of GIS and MAS in the region of logistics to the leisure sports resource.It draws a conclusion that GIS and MAS can improve efficiency and quality promptly of transportation in the leisure sports resource logistics.Meanwhile, it also improves algorithm of logistics transportation routing net in leisure sports resource and provides some valuable references of development of leisure sports industry in combination with MAS and GIS.
