The study of the material science is the study of the phase transition.In the study of the phase transition the crystal structure in the lowest temperature phase is the essential information.Nevertheless,there are scarcely places where can measure the x-ray diffraction below 1 K.So we developed the low temperature x-ray measuring system by using a 3He-4He dilution refrigerator (D.R.).We will show the low temperature measuring system and some experimental results for TmVO4,MgB2 and ZnCr2O3.
