V.iruses are responsible for disorders in humans, animals and plants.Murine sarcoma virus can induce cancer which is considered one of the leading worldwide causes of death.The early detection of cancer is critical for its successful therapy.Herpes viruses are involved in different human serious disorders, Herpes simplex type 1 (HSV-1) is the most common one among the herpes viruses and is mainly involved in human cutaneous disorders.Acyclovir is an effective drug against this virus;it is mostly effective at the early stages of the infection.Raman spectroscopy has been widely used in medicine and biology.It is a noninvasive and nondestructive、 and can detect changes in cells and tissues that are caused by different disorders、 such as cancer and herpes viral infections.
