基底动脉闭塞急诊开通病例汇报

选取2015.1至2015.10我科急诊介入基底动脉闭塞病例共11例.其中9例闭塞血管开通成功,2例未通,但结局各不相同,探讨闭塞部位与预后的关系，结果表明基底动脉尖闭塞预后极差，即便血管开通，也可能是无效复流。相反，对于椎动脉及基底动脉近端闭塞，积极开通患者可能极大获益。
