　　The baseline concentration of CRP has been associated with a wide array series of human diseases.In these epidemiological studies and in the clinics, CRP is usually measured as pentamer composed of 5 identical CRP subunits.In our study, we examined if there are other isoforms present in the blood by examining the CRP conformations by non-denaturing Western blot analysis of the blood and tissues of transgenic rats and human patients.

基底动脉闭塞急诊开通病例汇报
选取2015.1至2015.10我科急诊介入基底动脉闭塞病例共11例.其中9例闭塞血管开通成功,2例未通,但结局各不相同,探讨闭塞部位与预后的关系，结果表明基底动脉尖闭塞预后极差，即便血管开通，也可能是无效复流。相反，对于椎动脉及基底动脉近端闭塞，积极开通患者可能极大获益。
