　　Applications of non-equilibrium atmospheric pressure plasma (NEAPP) to medical fields have been intensively reported in recent years[1].The mechanism of interactions between NEAPP and living cells has not been understood well.In order to elucidate the interaction mechanism,we tried to estimate active species and observe the behavior of living cells in the plasma activated medium (PAM).We used budding yeasts as a eukaryotic cell model.
