Nb doped TiO2 films (TNO) are fabricated by Sol-gel method and then subject to a post-annealing process in H2.Differential thermal analysis (DTA), X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), scanning electron microscope(SEM) and Hall measurement are applied to investigate the structure, crystallization, composition and conductivity of the films.The results showed that TNO film would appear to be conductive only when the Nb doped concentration reach the level up to 27% at.after post-annealing, and the lowest resistivity of the TNO films is determined to be ~ 0.8 Ω·cm..
