细胞外基质降解是肿瘤侵袭的前提,尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活物(uPA)在其降解过程中发挥着重要的作用,p38促丝裂原激活蛋白激酶(MAPK)信号通路可通过对uPA的调节参与肿瘤的侵袭。本文就uPA和p38MAPK信号通路在头颈肿瘤的发生和侵袭中的作用作一综述。
Extracellular matrix degradation is a prerequisite for tumor invasion. Urokinase-type plasminogen activator (uPA) plays an important role in the process of its degradation. The p38 mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) signaling pathway can be activated by uPA The regulation involved in tumor invasion. This review summarizes the role of uPA and p38 MAPK signaling in the pathogenesis and invasion of head and neck cancer.
