采用干血滴纸片法测新生儿出生后72小时足跟血的促甲状腺素(TSH)作为筛选指标。共筛选新生儿51582名,超出筛查均值的异常者随访复查血清三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T3)、甲状腺素(T4)及TSH含量,查出先天性甲低患儿10名,提示检测足跟血(血片)中的TSH含量作为筛查指标是可靠的。并对筛选的目的、意义、方法及治疗等,进行了探讨。
Thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH) was measured at 72 hours after birth as a screening marker using dry blood droplet method. A total of 51582 newborns were screened out of the abnormal screening were followed up for the review of serum triiodothyronine (T3), thyroxine (T4) and TSH content, detection of congenital hypothyroidism in children with 10, suggesting detection of foot With the blood (blood film) in the TSH content as a screening indicator is reliable. And the purpose of the screening, meaning, methods and treatment, were discussed.
