基于SIMULINK的等静压机升压系统建模与仿真

研究等静压机升压系统的组成,通过理论辨识法确定控制系统模型结构,采用阶跃响应法确定模型参数,得到系统数学模型.研究各种非线性因素对升压曲线控制精度的影响,进而确定控制算法.设计比例-积分控制器,对控制器参数进行理论仿真整定,在SIMULINK上组建仿真平台,对等静压机的四种升压工艺曲线进行系统级仿真研究.结果表明:比例-积分控制策略可以满足等静压机在0~200MPa下的升压曲线控制精度要求.

设计实现了一种基于ZigBee无线组网的桥梁索力测量系统.该系统采用CC2530芯片组建无线数据传输网络,采用MEMS传感器对桥梁多个拉索进行布点,用STM32芯片组成控制处理模块,实现一次性同步得到桥梁多拉索的索力数据.该系统具有节点功耗小、传输距离远、组网容易、成本低、网络容量大、采集数据方便等优势,现场应用实验效果较好。
