输油管道缺陷检测超声探头阵列设计

根据压电元机-电换能等效图,分析介质压力对声场影响作用,指出变压力减弱声场强度.试验表明60℃时以水、液压油(HL46#)、原油为耦合介质时,声压幅值变化率分别为0.1585、0.0876、0.0525V/MPa.并设计了用于高压输油管道缺陷检测的超声探头阵列,用该探头阵列对管道缺陷进行了检测实验.实验结果表明,该探头阵列能检测出10mmx10mmx1mm(长×宽×深)的最小缺陷.
