The Research of Bearing Education Reform Under Training Mode of "Excellent Engineers Plan"

　　The plan for education and cultivation excellent engineers is an opportunity for the bearing course education reform which marks with "interaction of the whole, complementary advantages, mutual fusion".The school-enterprise training is implemented and it emphasizes the practice training and the improvement to engineering quality and innovation ability.In this paper, the quality requirement and the training mode of bearing "excellent engineers" are proposed, and then a talent training program is formulated.Through the research of bearing education reform, a further development of education reform will be guided and that will also lay a foundation for the talents training of domestic bearing industry.
