The use of rapeseed meal as poultry feed is limited due to its high level of glucosinolate which acts as an anti-nutritional factor.The purpose of this study was to improve the feed value of rapeseed meal by fermenting it with Aspergillus oryzae which is used as a direct fed microbials.
