Published data about the optimal SID sulfur containing amino acids (SAA;methionine + cystine) to lysine (Lys) ratios for growing pigs fed low protein (CP),amino acids (AA)-supplemented diets are few and rather inconsistent.Thus,a 35-day performance dose-response study was conducted to estimate the optimal SID SAA:Lys ratio in 25-50 kg pigs under commercial conditions.
