以吹扫捕集/气相色谱-质谱法测定水中挥发性有机物含量.吹扫气(氮气或氦气)将样品中挥发性有机物带出并吸附收集于捕集管中,吹扫过程完成后,迅速加热捕集管,将捕集管中挥发性有机物(VOC)解析并传输至气机色谱仪(GC),经气相色谱分离后至质谱检测,通过待测化合物的保留时间及其质谱图与标准物的质谱图对比进行定性分析,通过待测化合物的定量离子峰相对于内标物的强度与标准曲线对照进行定量分析.该方法适用于地表水、饮用水、碱液、酸液、工业废水中挥发性有机物的测定.
