The value of Intellectual Capital is a major issue in M&A transactions and will be even more critical for cross-border (China-USA) deals.Post-transaction,the biggest challenge is integration of the organizations.Developing and implementing effective processes to meet this challenge requires bi-cultural people who have the experience and skills to be the "bridges" to facilitate this kind of growth.The ecosystem in Silicon Valley has nurtured many Chinese-American technologists,entrepreneurs,and investors who can do this.
