阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征是一个常见的睡眠疾病,近几年受到广泛重视,但是仍然有许多患者甚至医务工作者也认识不足.为此我们对通过多导睡眠呼吸监测确诊的阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)患者的治疗现状和患者不选择治疗的原因进行回顾性分析.

目的 对于阻塞平面在口咽部的轻,中度OSAHS患者H-UPPP效果较好,对同时伴有舌根后区阻塞的中,重度OSAHS效果不佳.由于舌根后区手术止血困难,术后水肿易造成患者窒息死亡,所以,一直以来对于OSAHS的治疗舌根部阻塞的处理非常谨慎,多数是仅解决口咽部的阻塞,患者术后症状可缓解一部分,但之后1-2年便会复发,这或许就是手术远期效果不佳的原因之一吧.
