1.Business model.Before Electromobility proves potential in widespread use of electric cars, several challenges have to be overcome it has to be proven that Elecromobility is economically feasible model.To make it happen we need to overcome several challenges.GreenWay Project will challenge:-High price of EV-by unique sales model for customer -Driving range problem-by building appropriate charging/battery swap station network -Chicken and egg problem (infrastructure vs.sufficient number of EV)-by integrating development of the infrastructure with EV fleet management under one roof We found out that these problems couldnt be solved separately.Only the integrated business model could generate sufficient profit margins which could secure the funding for early stage development of Electromobility.2.Green Way.The goal of Green Way Project is to introduce new, complex and integrated system for real life use of commercial electric vehicles.Within the system, the electric vehicles are purchased and financed, strategic spots for infrastructure are secured, the infrastructure of charging and battery swap stations is build, IT infrastructure and fleet management system is introduced.For our clients we offer solution, which is, from the cost perspective, fully comparable with existing ICE cars, while the risks of new technology are managed within the system, out from the client.Our clients will operate fleet of light duty electric trucks (up to 3,5t) and use battery swap stations.Electric trucks will be customized to reach 380 km/day with 1 stop for battery swap, which is no longer than 7 minutes.By this we will not compromise the utilization of the clients fleet below current standard.In the same time sufficient amount of kilometers is driven and total cost of ownership is lower than ICE car.
