Crystallization behavior of polymer derived silicon carbide sintered by microwave furnace

　　Microwave technique was applied to sinter polymer derived silicon carbide.In order to figure out the crystallization behavior of SiC, microwave technique and SiO2 modifier were used during the sintering progress.Compared to product prepared in conventional ways, much lower temperature and shorter time is required in the case of product sintered in microwave furnace.
