In this paper, a multi-destination 4PL routing problem (4PLRP) with fuzzy duration time is presented, and fuzzy numbers are used to denote the uncertainty of duration time.After a simple description of it, a fuzzy programming is built.Then memetic algorithm is designed.Finally, a computational analysis is presented and numerical results show that which routes should be selected in order to get minimum cost in the due date.
