In this paper,we use the SIMP method for multiphase materials optimization to address the multiple load cases(MLC)problem.This aim is accomplished by increasing the design variables for multiple material problems by using SIMP method.The Young's modulus interpolation scheme is employed for the multiphase materials model.Therefore,the distribution of multiple materials,or design variables,is realized by calculate the local effective SED.Finally,several numerical examples are included to demonstrate the validity of the present approach.Results show that the different loading combinations or weighting coefficient influence the optimal topology of a structure with multiphase materials under MLC,obviously.
