　　1D-Cf/SiC composites,with carbon nanotubes(CNTs)introduced by freeze-drying aided process,were fabricated by precursor infiltration and pyrolysis(PIP)process.In the article,1 wt%of CNTs of aqueous solution were introduced into the Cf fabrics via vacuum assist.Freeze-drying and drying by heating was adapted respectively.
