Object: To investigate the dose-exposure-efficacy relationship ofbenvitimod cream after topical administration in Chinese healthy volunteers and patients with mild or moderate psoriasis vulgaris.Methods: Forty-four healthy volunteers were randomly assigned to receive 0.5～3.0mg of benvitimod cream (0.5％～2.0％) once or twice daily for seven days.Twenty-four patients with mild or moderate psoriasis vulgaris were randomly assigned to receive 30g/1.7m2 ofbenvitimod cream (0.5％, 1.0％, 1.5％) twice daily for six weeks.Dose-exposure-efficacy relationship analysis was applied to obtain parameters of benvitimod cream by the NONMEM method.
