Objective: To evaluate the pharrnacokinetics of eptifitatide in Chinese healthy volunteers.Methods: Thirty Chinese healthy volunteers (half male, half female) were included in the study and divided into three bolus dose groups of 45μg/kg, 90μg/kg and 180μg/kg.Plasma and urine samples were drawn after administration and the concentrations of eptifitatide were assayed by validated high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS) method.The blood and urine data were analyzed simultaneously by a population approach using NONMEM 7.2.Bootstrap and visual predictive check were performed for the evaluation of the population pharmacokinetic model.
