  含有咪唑环的钌基金属配合物作为生物无机试剂的研究已引起高度重视,但双核配合物研究较少[1]。最近我们报道钌配合物1-3表现出明显的烷基链长依赖性的细胞毒和DNA键合性质,并可作为溶酶体的磷光探针。
