为打造上海机器人生态圈和产业升级高地,工作重点是突破瓶颈,集成应用。工业机器人和服务机器人并举,发展六轴及以上协作、并联、重载搬运、洁净等工业机器人和智能交互、远程看护等服务机器人。系统集成及应用示范,主要在汽车、电子、医疗、家政等重点领域。要创新驱动,深入探索机器人产业发展的新模式。在产业布局上,鼓励企业开展对国内外先进成熟技术的引进、消化吸收再创新,并大力发展机器人服务业。要创新体制和机制。在加快国家机器人检测和评定中心总部建设同时,探索建设由政府引导的上海机器人研究院。要协同创新,实现核心零部件和高端产品的重大突破。要倡导协同创新机制,构建技术研发体系,实现关键零部件的重大突破;坚持价值观高端路线,加快机器人智造升级。要开发共享,构建长三角机器人产业发展新高地。要争取专项资金的政策支持,推进服务领域率先推广机器人的应用,共建长三角协同发展机器人的产业链。
